Candles With Indomethacin

Candles with indomethacin administered rectally, after the liberation of the bowel once a day (at night). Duration of treatment is seven to ten days.
Indomethacin suppositories are contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to the drug, the presence of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcers, impaired hematopoiesis, severe kidney and liver disease and in the third trimester of pregnancy. Also, do not use candles with indomethacin during breastfeeding.
